Confirmation Email
If you are having any issues receiving your confirmation email, please make sure you have added our address into your “Address Book” to make sure our emails are not blocked or sent to the Junk or Spam folder.

This is the most likely reason you are having difficulties receiving our emails. Please keep in mind that your SQUARE ENIX, FACEBOOK or STEAM login may be using old emails that are the ones used for all communications with us.
Nonetheless you can always check the status of your order on your Online Store account under 'My Orders'
.
When the order is created, we will send you a confirmation email if your order needs to be validated via SMS or by our team. Please keep in mind that this can take time, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Once this has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email with all the information pertaining to your order, including access to your invoice and download instructions.
If you have a Digital Download product in your order, you will be able to access your key by clicking on the "Click here to get access to your products" button (see image below).
Click on the button below “DOWNLOAD AND ACTIVATION OF YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS” and it will send you to your product confirmation page where you will be able to unlock your key.
Note: We will not be able to refund the purchase once the key has been unlocked. Once you have the key please find the instructions to install your new game by clicking the instructions button.
