I want to cancel my order before it arrives

If your order has already shipped and you have received the tracking number, our best advice would be to refuse the package upon delivery. This way it will automatically return to our warehouse and we will be able to issue the refund as soon as it arrives back.
Make sure to contact our Team and let them know if you decide to refuse the package, just so we can keep an eye on the return.

 

My order has arrived and I would like to return it

We will only accept returns on sealed packages and within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
You must contact our Support Team and we will provide you with a return label, shipping fees will be covered.

Refunds will be issued as soon as the package has arrived back and been processed by our warehouse team.

Note: We cannot create return labels for international orders, meaning we cannot cover the return fees and must be covered by the customer.
