- When will I be charged for a pre-order?
We will charge you for your preorder a few weeks before the official release date, to start with the shipping process. We will send you a notification to your registered email a few days before we debit your account along with instructions on how to update your payment method if needed.
- When will my pre-order ship?
Our intention is to always ship all pre-orders out before the actual release date in order to arrive on time. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
- I no longer wish to keep my pre-order.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, first you will need to enter your account and open 'Your orders'.
Your purchases will then appear and you will see the option to "Manage" an order.
To cancel your order, click on the button that reads 'Cancel Pre-Order'.
- When will I get charged for my pre-order?
Before debiting your account, we will send you an email with the exact debit date so that you are aware and prepared. This usually happens around 10-14 days before the release date.
If the first attempt fails, don’t worry, we will try again and let you know when the second attempt will be made, along with instructions on how to update your payment method if needed.
- Can I pay for my pre-order in advance?
Yes! If you prefer to pay for your pre-order straight away, you can do so by entering your account, search under “my orders” and click on the “Debit Now” button. See below:
