My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

First, you will need to check the status of your order.

You can do this by entering your store account under 'Your Orders'. See screenshot below.


You will then need to check the status of your order. Once it has shipped, we will automatically send you an email with the tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

  • If your order has shipped and you have not received a tracking number, feel free to contact us and we will resend you it.
  • If your order has shipped, you have received your tracking number but you cannot see any movement, please wait a few days and check again.
  • If you have waited and there are still no updates, either contact UPS/USPS and request an update or contact our Support Team and we will do our best to investigate or provide you with instructions on what to do next.
  • If UPS/USPS have marked your order as delivered when checking the tracking link, but you have still not received your order. First, check with family members/neighbors or friends to see if they have taken in your package.
    If you have asked and nobody has your order, you will need to report this to the Postal Inspection services through the link below and get back to us with the report:
