Verify your order
Welcome to our guide to verifying your purchase! We hope that with our help, you will be able to verify your purchase in a timely manner. Please bear in mind that this is a one time request and you won’t have to do it again in the future. All future orders will be given priority to be validated.
When we process the orders of our clients, some of them may hit some flags meaning that their transactions may have something unusual, The steps to verifying your order are the following
- Step 1. Once your order has been validated by our payment services but needs further verification, a message like this will appear, and we will send you an email requesting you to verify your order via SMS.
- Step 2. Once you have verified your order via SMS and your order needs further verification by our team after the SMS, we will send you an email with the subject “Your order is awaiting confirmation” and pass your order to our Payment and Billing team. They will check your order and send you an email requesting more information if needed.
- Step 3. Additional information is needed to validate your order.
Once you receive the following email, it means that our team needs additional information from your part to verify your order. This is most likely due to incoherent personal information (using a strange name / address etc ), having high amount, a payment method considered risky by payment services, repetitive purchasing, or purchasing from a different country that the one the payment method is registered to etc etc. (there are quite a lot of criteria).
We will request from you either a form of ID or if you don’t want to provide either a photo of your card or your ID, please provide an explanation as to why exactly you want to purchase this product and we will gladly validate the order for you.
Meanwhile if you go to “My orders section” in your Store account you will be able to see your order, and the status will be “pending validation”.
