How to check my order status?
First, you will need to log in and go to your "Account section":
Some details will be visible in this page. For example, you will see in the following image that there is an order that is currently "pending". This means the order has not yet been approved and we will send the confirmation email as soon as we have verified your account.
If any action needs to be taken on you behalf, do not worry, we will notify you.
On the following image, you will see a pre-order, it has been validated. So, the state reads "pre-order", meaning you haven't been charged for this order yet and it hasn't shipped.
