I had an account on the previous Square Enix Store. Why can’t I login with it? How do I get access to my order history?

Depending on the age of your account, you may be unable to access your purchase history or rewards points. We have updated the Square Enix Online Store to provide a better experience for all of our customers. As a result, we couldn’t keep your old account. Unfortunately, you can no longer access your purchasing history prior to the February 17th 2015. If your account predates this, please create a new Square Enix Store account.
