When will I be charged for my pre-order?

Payment collection may start several weeks before the product's release date. A notification email will be sent to inform you that we will soon start processing your order and collect payment. Upon successful payment, you will be notified that your order will be shipping soon. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which contains your order's tracking number.

If you wish to be charged immediately, find the relevant pre-order under 'My Orders' and select 'Manage', then select the 'Debit Now' option. The 'Debit Now' option cannot be used if the pre-order was purchased as a guest.
